By accessing and using BoardShoot ("the App"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
Description of Service
BoardShoot is a productivity application that uses AI-powered technology to:
- Capture and analyze images of notes, whiteboards, and screenshots
- Extract structured data including summaries, tasks, dates, and links
- Organize content in folders and notes
- Sync data across devices
User Accounts
- You must provide accurate account information
- You are responsible for maintaining account security
- You must be at least 13 years old to use the App
- One account per user
Subscription and Payments
Free Plan
- 3 AI scans per week
- 1 folder maximum
- 15 notes storage limit
- Basic features
Premium Plan
- Unlimited AI scans
- Unlimited folders
- Unlimited notes storage
- Advanced features (Kanban view, PDF export, cloud sync)
- Managed through RevenueCat and app stores
Pricing
- Monthly Subscription: €4.99/month
- Annual Subscription: €29.99/year
Payment Terms
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled
- Billing handled through Apple App Store or Google Play Store
- Refunds handled per app store policies
- Prices subject to change with notice
Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use the App for illegal purposes
- Attempt to bypass usage limits or security measures
- Upload harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
- Reverse engineer or exploit the App
- Share account credentials
Intellectual Property
- You retain rights to your content (images, notes)
- We retain rights to the App and its technology
- You grant us license to process your content for service delivery
AI Processing
- Images are processed using Google Gemini AI
- AI results may not be 100% accurate
- You are responsible for verifying extracted information
- We do not guarantee specific AI performance
Data and Privacy
- See our Privacy Policy for data handling practices
- We use Supabase for secure cloud storage
- You can delete your account and data at any time
Limitation of Liability
BoardShoot is provided "AS IS" without warranties. We are not liable for:
- Inaccurate AI results
- Data loss
- Service interruptions
- Consequential damages
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for:
- Violation of these terms
- Abusive behavior
- Non-payment (for premium features)
You may terminate your account at any time.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of France.
